Step One	Open Listing Agreement Package:
Open Agreement	Open Microsoft Word Agreement Package Please print, read and sign. OR     Open Adobe PDF version Agreement Package Please print, read and sign.
Payment	$  Make Payment Online (Listing $395)
Payment  w/ sign	$  Make Payment Online  (Listing with Sign $425)
Step Two	Select a Property Listing Form: View forms page. Please print and complete. Leave what you don't know blank.
Step Three	Fax back the Listing Form Package and Property Listing Form to 617-326-0570.
Step Four	Send photos to photos@instamls.com. Name files: last-name01, last-name02 etc.
